TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Welcome to the HANNA for La Journee, Inc website terms and conditions for use. These terms and conditions apply to the use of this Website and by accessing this Website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. PAYMENT:
Payment can be made securely online through Paypal. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All prices are in US dollars. Tax of 9% will be added to all purchased items. We do not charge any handling fees. We only charge a flat shipping rate of $12 per shipment (on orders up to 2 items). On orders larger than 2 items, shipping charge will be added according to the weight and size of the box in accordance with UPS rates.
RETURNS:
If you are not completely happy with your order, we will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or a refund for returned goods. You must notify us within 3 days from when you receive the goods via email (pictures included). We will only accept a return or an exchange of items purchased from www.hannaimage.com website. We will refund the amount minus the shipping charge of $12
If there is any damage of an item, we need an explanation and pictures emailed to our customer service at [email protected].
To arrange a return, you must send us an email to [email protected], within 3 days of receipt of your goods, telling us that you are returning the goods and why. There needs to be a picture attached of the items flaw or damaged area for our review.
If the request is reasonable and acceptable to us, we will give you a returns number to write on the parcel, so called Return Authorization # (RA #). Goods must be returned to us with 10 days and in the same condition that they were dispatched to you with the original labels attached. If the goods are not returned in their original condition or if any of the labels have been removed then we reserve the right to insist upon payment for the goods. You are required to arrange and pay for the return of the goods to us, except where the item is faulty due to our manufacturing defect. Please allow up to 10 working days for your goods to reach us. We require you to obtain proof of postage.

All clearance sale items are a FINAL SALE. All HOLIDAY SALE items are also final, as stated. There is no exchanges, returns or refunds of any kind. All items sold as is.

Although the photographs on this site were carefully selected to represent colors as accurately as possible, some variation may occur due to your computer monitor configuration. OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:
While we make every effort not to be out of stock, occasionally we are out of certain items. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will immediately notify you by phone or e-mail. Any out-of-stock items will be removed from your order total and will be reflected in your shipping confirmation email (if you have provided an email address).
